Students identify operational space needs for student government and services. Students develop concepts and determine support among student leaders. Student leaders presented a request for conceptual approval of site request to the Campus Planning Committee. CPC approves.

Located funding for architectural assessment and conceptual design of MU Annex
- Spring 2007
Selected architect for conceptual design study (Opsis Architecture of Portland)

Conducted focus groups with MU East student organizations and staff members
