Planning for the Memorial Union Annex has begun! To kickoff the planning process, Oregon State University and Opsis Architecture invited interested parties of students to participate in an open house brainstorming session to conceptualize ideas for the new building. Subsequently, members of the MU Annex Building Committee and Opsis Architecture held several user-group focus meetings, collaboration with students and faculty to gain insight on many aspects of the various programs. From these key discussions, a deeper understanding of student needs and wants is developing and plans are beginning to take root.
